The other full ensuite bathroom contains a standing shower and is a perfect bed/bath combination for parents looking to be close to their children. The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with a Smart TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. There are two TVs in the home, one in the living room and another in the secondary bedroom upstairs. You are welcome to use the private laundry, as well as the cornhole set that's located in the upstairs bedroom closet. This home is located in Lake Junaluska, a Methodist Church retreat that allows access to its additional amenities for guests including the lake, a golf course, and several hiking trails. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free street parking directly adjacent to the home. Other things to note By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $50 per pet fee. Please note we provide enough supplies for you to get going during your stay although each stay and each guests' needs are different, so for that reason we do not overstock supplies. If requesting a longer stay (up to 30 days), please note we require weekly cleanings to ensure the property stays in tip-top shape (additional fees apply)!
